Resolution reported: That it is expedient to make provision for the Collection, by means of Stamps, of Fees payable in the Supreme and Inferior Courts of Law in Scotland, and in the Offices belonging thereto; and to provide for Compensation, out of monies provided by Parliament, to any Officers whoso Offices may be abolished by any Act of the present Session relating to the collection of Fees in the Superior and Inferior Courts of Law in Scotland.
