§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTHsaid, in reply, that the opinion of the Attorney General on the legality of the award of the Judges of Designs for the new Law Courts had: been received and considered. The Government were of opinion that they might submit to the House any proposition they might think proper upon the subject, and they would consider what that proposition should be.
