I beg leave, Sir, to ask the right hon. Gentleman at the head of the Government, Whether, after the decisions of the Committee on the Scotch Reform Bill last night, it is his intention to proceed with that measure on Monday next?

Sir, with the indulgence of the House, I will on Thursday next state the course which Her Majesty's Government propose to take in reference to the vote of last night.
