WALDEGRAVE-LESLIEsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Why the Second Report of the Ritual Commission, which was laid upon the Table of this House on the 30th April, by command of Her Majesty, has not yet been distributed among Members, and how soon it will be in their hands?
§ MR. GATHORNE HARDYreplied that he was informed by the Secretary of the Commission that the reason of the delay was, that, attached to the Report, there was a largo blue book of about 300 pages. He believed, however, that it would be delivered to Members to-morrow.
