MR. MOFFATTsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, Why the Annual Report of the Postmaster General for 1866, presented to the House on the 12th August 1867, has not yet been delivered; and, when the Annual Report for 1867 may be expected?
§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTHsaid, in reply, that he was unable to give an explanation of the reason why the printing of the documents had been so long delayed. As, however, the delay had taken place, it was thought that it would be more convenient to print and present the Returns for the last two years together. They would, probably, be laid on the table of the House in a fortnight or three weeks.
