HC Deb 07 May 1868 vol 191 c1885
MR. MONCREIFF

said, he would beg to ask the right hon. Gentleman at the head of the Government, When it is his intention to proceed with the Scotch Reform Bill?

MR. DISRAELI

I certainly hope to proceed with the Scotch Reform Bill on Monday.

MR. BOUVERIE

said, he wished to call the attention of the right hon. Gentleman to the fact that the Order for going into Committee on the Navy Estimates stood first on the Paper on Monday, and he wished to know, whether the Scotch Reform Bill was to take precedence?

MR. DISRAELI

It is necessary that the Navy Estimates should be the first Order on Monday; but the Scotch Reform Bill will be taken immediately afterwards.
