GATHORNE HARDYmoved for leave to introduce a Bill to settle and describe the Limits of certain Boroughs and the Divisions of certain Counties in England and Wales, in so far as respects the Election of Members to serve in Parliament. He said it was not necessary for him to make any statement, as there had been a Parliamentary Commission, and the Bill would be introduced in the shape in which the Commission had reported to the House; and he therefore simply moved for leave to bring in the Bill.
