§ SIR MICHAEL HICKS-BEACHsaid, in reply, that there were clauses relating to pauper idiots and lunatics in workhouses in the Bill introduced by his noble Friend the President of the Poor Law Board, and on Monday next, when the Bill was proceeded with, the noble Lord would state fully the effect of those Clauses.
