Select Committee on the Lee River Conservancy Bill nominated:—Lord JOHN HAY, Mr. AYRTON, Mr. BENYON, Mr. Alderman LAWRENCE, and Mr. HENRY SURTEES:—Power to send for persons, papers, and records; Five to be the quorum.

Ordered, That all Petitions relating to the Lee River Conservancy Bill be referred to the Select Committee on the Bill, and that such of the Petitioners as pray to be heard by themselves, their Counsel, or Agents, be heard upon their Petitions, if they think fit, and Counsel heard in favour of the Bill against the said Petitions:

Ordered, That the Second Report of the Rivers Pollution Commissioners (River Lee), presented upon the 30th day of April 1867, and the Evidence thereon, the Report by Captain Tyler on the East London Waterworks Company, presented upon the 81st day of May 1867, and the Report and Proceedings of the Committee on the East London Water Bills, &c., laid upon the Table upon the 27th day of June 1867, be referred to the Select Committee on the Bill.—(Mr. Stephen Cave.)
