said, he would beg to ask the hon. Member for Brighton, Whether, in the event of the Army Estimates being proceeded with on Thursday evening, he should proceed with his Motion for a reduction of the Army Expenditure?

MR. WHITE

, in reply, said, whenever the Government proposed to take a Money Vote he should bring forward the Motion of which he had given notice for a reduction of Expenditure.
