LORD STANLEYI regret, Sir, that I cannot give the hon. Member the information he requires. I have seen the paragraph in The Times to which his Question refers and I am aware that a body called the International Veterinary Congress have recently held a meeting at Zurich. No Report of that conference has, however, reached the Foreign Office, and I am not aware whether any request has been made such as is described in his Question.
