§ MR. ADDERLEYIt is true, Sir, and will appear in the promised additional Victoria Papers, that Sir Charles Darling has written to express his wish to retract his relinquishment of the Queen's service, which, he had been told, must be the inevitable concomitant of his accepting any grant from the Colony.
