§ SIR JOHN PAKINGTONSir, it is quite true that Sir Henry Storks has accepted an office under the Secretary of State for War. Sir Henry Storks will be placed at the head of a new branch of the War Office, to be called "The Control Department;" and his title will be "The Controller-in-Chief," with the rank and position of an Under Secretary of State. The salary of Sir Henry Storks is fixed at £2,000 a year.
