said, he rose to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, If it be the intention of the Government to bring forward, this Session, an Irish Reform Bill; and, if so, when it will be introduced?

said, in reply, that the same Question was put on the previous evening to his right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and he (the Earl of Mayo) had to give the same answer as his right hon. Friend—that the Government would fix a time in a few days.
