KINNAIRDsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether it is the intention of the Government to bring in a Bill to carry into effect the recommendations made by the Inland Revenue Commissioners in their last Report, relative to the assessment of Probate Duty on Leasehold Property subject to mortgage?
§ MR. HUNTsaid, in reply, that he proposed to introduce a measure upon this subject in the course of the present Session.
