§ LORD ROBERT MONTAGUreplied, that the Report was being prepared with as little delay as possible. The hon. Member was, perhaps, aware that all the compensation claims had not yet been decided, which delayed the completion of the statistical portion of the Report. He trusted, however, that the Report would be completed and laid upon the table before the end of the Session.
