CAPTAIN VIVIAN

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether any Correspondence has taken place between the War Office and the Foreign Office relating to the conduct of the British Consul at Barcelona with regard to the purchase of mules for the Abyssinian Expedition; and, if so, whether he will lay that Correspondence upon the table of the House?
