§ LORD JOHN MANNERSsaid, in reply, that considering the subject which had brought them together that day, the hon. Member's Question about seats was an appropriate one. He concurred with the hon. Gentleman in thinking it desirable that there should be additional seats in the Parks; and he hoped that the hon. Gentleman would concur with him on the more serious question of scats in Parliament.
