MR. COLERIDGE

said, that the hon. Baronet the Member for Oxford University (Sir William Heathcote) had intimated to him that the present stage of the Bill would not be opposed, and that there should be a full discussion on the third reading.

SIR MICHAEL HICKS - BEACH

hoped that the third reading would be fixed for some day on which the Bill was likely to come on.

MR. COLERIDGE

said, that as far as depended upon him, the fullest opportunity should be given for discussion.
