He should also be glad to know whether, if such Clauses are to be proposed, they will be laid upon the table of the House before the Easter recess?
§ MR. WALPOLEsaid, in reply, that he meant to introduce educational clauses into the Bill; but he thought that the most convenient opportunity for his stating the nature of those clauses would be on the Motion for their going into Committee on the measure.
