WARNERsaid, he would beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether he can furnish the House with any estimate as to the number of £10 Borough Voters which will be added to the present constituencies by the Clauses of his Bill relating to the distribution of seats only without reference to the alteration of the franchise; also, how many 397 County Voters will be disfranchised by the same process; and, whether he can say how many £10 Voters will be added to the constituency of the Tower Hamlets when incorporated with the parish of West Ham?
