MONKsaid, he wished to ask Mr. Attorney General, Whether the attention of Her Majesty's Government has been called to the doubts which have arisen as to the proper period for the publication of Banns of Matrimony during the time of Morning Service, and to the diversity of practice consequent thereon; and, whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce any Measure for removing such doubts?
