LORD STANLEYSir, the correspondence to which the hon. Gentleman's Question refers extends over a long course of years. It is exceedingly voluminous, and I have not had time to look into it since the notice appeared; but I will have it examined, and any papers that can be laid before the House without public inconvenience shall be produced.
