MR. OTWAYsaid, he would beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether he will lay upon the table of the House a Return showing the expense of the Royal Commissions appointed to inquire into Corrupt Practices at Elections for Lancaster, Yarmouth, Totnes, and Reigate?
