Member for Liverpool (Mr. Horsfall) with regard to Schedule D, and he would therefore ask, Whether, if so, Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer proposes any alteration in the enfranchising portion of the Schedule which the right hon. Gentleman has given notice to amend with regard to the boroughs?
