§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERsaid, he was sorry it was not in his power at the present moment to appoint any other time; but he should not think of pressing the House to go into 476 Committee on that Bill on Saturday morning if hon. Gentlemen objected. He therefore should not make that proposition.
