§ MR. GATHORNE HARDYsaid, the Government had no intention of making any alteration in the constitution of the Ecclesiastical Commission, or of the Church Estates Commission; and, as to the second part of the Question, the Capitular Estates Management Act would be continued by the Expiring Acts Continuance Bill.
