§ COLONEL WILSON PATTENsaid, that at the present moment there was no such thing as a Prothonotaries' Fee Fund in the Duchy of Lancaster. The prothonotary's fees had hitherto been paid to that officer himself; but, however, there was a Bill before the House which would deal with the matter.
