He had had an Amendment on the Paper since the beginning of the Session, and had been here night after night watching the Bill, and he was afraid it might be brought on at one or two o'clock in the morning, when the state of his health would hardly allow him to be present.
§ MR. GATHORNE HARDYsaid, that out of consideration to the health of the hon. Member, he would not proceed with the Bill this Session.
