HENRY BAILLIEsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of Stale for War, Whether he has any objection to lay upon the table of the House the Report of the Commanding Officer of Artillery at Halifax in respect to the Ordnance Select Committee's stud shot sent to that Colony; and also, whether he will lay upon the table the Report of the Ordnance Select Committee upon the same?
