O'BEIRNEsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether it is his intention to introduce any measure this Session for the better regulation of Theatres and Places of Public Amusement in Great Britain and, whether the measure to be so introduced if any will be in accordance with the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee of last Session upon that subject?
§ MR. WALPOLEsaid, in reply, that he hoped to be enabled to bring in a Bill on the subject. If so, the Bill would embody some of the recommendations of the Committee, but, he apprehended not all.
