George Lort Phillips, esquire, deceased; for Guildford, v. Sir William Bovill, Chief Justice of the Common Pleas; for Tipperary, v. John Blake Dillon, esquire, deceased; for Belfast, v. Sir Hugh M'Calmont Cairns, one of the Judges of the Court of Appeal in. Chancery; for Wexford County, v. John George, esquire, one of the Judges of the Court of Queen's Bench in Ireland; for Waterford County, v.
