said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, If he can state what decision the Spanish Council of State has arrived at in the case of the Tornado?

LORD STANLEY

said, in reply, that he could not give the information asked for by the hon. Member, as he had received no official communication on the subject. From private communications which had reached him, however, he was given to understand that the decision would be announced in a very short time.
