MR. THOMAS CAVE

said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If his attention has been called to the case of Mr. Grant of Kettleburgh (Suffolk), now in gaol for a disputed Church Rate, and the costs of contesting the same, which he is unable to pay on account of poverty; and whether he will be entitled to be released under any Insolvent Debtors Act now in force?

said, in reply, that no information had come to his department respecting this case.
