CHILDERSsaid, it was merely a formal measure, having for its object the enactment of a clause which had been accidentally omitted from the Act regulating the office of the Solicitor to the Treasury. He gave notice of his intention, with the permission of the House, of passing the Bill through the remaining stages on Monday next.
