NEATEsaid, he wished to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Home Department, When the River Commission are likely to make their Report, and whether they are not now prepared, if called upon, to make a Special Report on the River Thames; and whether it is not desirable that they should be called upon to do so, as that River is now the subject of legislation in this House?
MR. BARING, in reply, said, the Report of the Royal Commission was now in the press, and would be presented to Parliament before the recess. That Report related to the River Thames, to which the hon. Member's Question alluded.
