LEFROYsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether the defects in the present Law of Charities in Ireland have been brought under the notice of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, or of the Irish Government; and, if so, whether it is the intention of Government to introduce a Bill to remedy those defects during the present Session?
