DARBY GRIFFITHsaid, he rose to move for Returns of the total number of Voters in every Borough and City in England and Wales in which there was a contest at the last Election, the number of Voters of the working classes in such Boroughs, the number of Voters of all the other classes collectively, the number of Voters who voted for any Candidate at the last Election, and of the number of Voters who did not vote at all in such Boroughs?
§ MR. C. P. VILLIERSsaid, that he would not offer any opposition to the production of the Returns asked for, but that he did not think it would be possible to obtain the information.
