§ SIR JAMES FERGUSSONsaid, he rose to ask the President of the Board of Trade, Whether his attention has been called to the publication of the Board of Trade Returns of Exports from January to April last inclusive, without those of the Imports for the same period; whether he can explain the occurrence, and whether there is any reason why the monthly Returns of Imports should not be published simultaneously with the Exports of the same period?
