said, he wished to ask the President of the Poor Law Board, Whether he will lay the Report of Mr. Farnall and Dr. Smith on the state of the Metropolitan Workhouses, when complete, upon the table of the House?

said, in reply, that one of the Reports, that of Mr. Farnall, was already completed; as soon as the other was completed they should both be laid on the table of the House.
