Resolution reported; That it is expedient to authorize the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to make Advances or Loans out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom to an amount not exceeding £360,000 per annum, for carrying on Public Works and Fisheries, and the employment of the Poor; to an amount not exceeding £350,000 per annum for five years, for the purposes of 'The Harbours and Passing Tolls, &c. Act, 1861;' to an amount not exceeding £500,000 for the purposes of 'The Cattle Diseases Prevention Act, 1866;' to an amount not exceeding £250,000 for the purposes of the 'Labouring Classes' Dwellings Act, 1866;' and to an amount not exceeding £500,000 for enabling the Public Works Loan Commissioners to make temporary Loans to Railway Companies in Ireland.
