said, the Lord Advocate had called a meeting of Scotch Members for two o'clock to-morrow in the tea-room on the subject of the Cattle Plague. He should like to know, What was the particular question to be discussed?

THE LORD ADVOCATE

said, his object was to ascertain the views of Scotch Members, respecting those clauses of the Cattle Diseases Bill which applied to Scotland, and especially with respect to the machinery for carrying out the provisions of the Bill in Scotland.
