THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (LORD PROBY)

reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address as follows:

"I have received with sincere satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address. The Assurance of your continued interest in all matters which concern the domestic happiness of Myself and My Family is most gratifying to My feelings.

"I rely with confidence on your attentive consideration of the measures which will he submitted to you. And your endeavours to improve the Law and to advance the welfare of my People will always receive My cordial co-operation."
