said, he would beg to ask the hon. and learned Member for Sligo, Whether in the Marriages (Ireland) (No. 2) Bill, to be read a second time upon Tuesday, 1st May, any provision is contained which would legalize the celebration of marriage between two Protestants by a clergyman of the Roman Catholic Church?

MR. SERJEANT ARMSTRONG

replied, that the Bill did not contain any provision proposing to interfere with the existing state of the law as to marriages between two Protestants by Roman Catholic clergymen.
