§ Sir Francis Baring reported from the General Committee of Elections; That in pursuance of the Order of the House, they had nominated the following five Members to constitute the Select Committee on the Leeds Bankruptcy Court:—EDWARD CHRISTOPHER EGERTON, esquire, THOMAS WILLIAM EVANS, esquire, EDWARD HOWES, esquire, 1105 Colonel the hon. E. G. DOUGLAS PENNANT, HENRY HUSSEY VIVIAN, esquire; and had also named The LORD ADVOCATE and WILLIAM BOVILL, esquire, to serve on the Select Committee, to examine witnesses, but without the power of voting.
