HC Deb 02 May 1865 vol 178 cc1316-7
MR. HANBURY TRACY

said, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, Whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to make any alteration in the carriage of treasure on board Her Majesty's Ships, and in the distribution of the freight money arising therefrom, and when they will state to the House their intention concerning it?

LORD CLARENCE PAGET,

in reply, said, it was the intention of the Board of Admiralty shortly to lay upon the table of the House a plan in reference to the conveyance of treasure by Her Majesty's Ships.
