§ MR. DENMANobtained leave to bring in a Bill "to improve and facilitate the trial of disputes relating to the merchant shipping." He said that it was a measure drawn under the direction of the Chamber of Commerce, and was intended to give a cheaper, more expeditious, and better qualified tribunal to settle disputes than now existed.
