moved for leave to bring in a Bill to amend the Act for the Regulation of Municipal Corporations in Ireland, 3 & 4 Vict. c. 108.

said, that Government would offer no opposition to the introduction of the Bill provided it was not proceeded with until after the Bill of the hon. Member for Limerick had been introduced.
