THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONreplied, that the Report of the Military Re-servo Fund extended over transactions which had taken place in the financial year beginning April I and ending March 31. The Report, therefore, could not be printed until the conclusion of the year, and he feared it would not be ready for presentation to the House till three weeks or a month after the conclusion of the financial year—that was to say, about the end of April.
