§ LORD CLARENCE PAGETsaid, in reply, that no Estimate for the construction of Docks at Bermuda had been laid before the House this year, but the Admiralty proposed to have the subject carefully examined, with a view, he trusted, to the presentation of an Estimate for that purpose next year.
